"Soft" Power
I thought this was an interesting experiment in "soft" or "internal" power, going from a completely relaxed state to the delivery of power. At the end you see him begin a Yang-style Tai Chi Chuan form, which ties the concepts together. More thoughts on this later...
What I find interesting is this almost 'shimmer' into a solid state, only to slide straight back to softness.
Many other styles achieve this in different ways but I was fascinated to see he didn't seem to be overtly using his breath to exact this movement. Does breath play a role at all in this? Is it internal? There is no kiai but that's not to say his breath isn't being used...
