I saw another publicity shot of The Grateful Dead where they were posed with hunting rifles in a doorway.
I also caught "The Festival Express" on Sundance Channel. I gotta second D.R.'s recommendation.
And D.R., since you're a fellow deadhead, I gotta let you in on some of my family history.
My step-mother is from Palo Alto, CA. The Grateful Dead was the band that played her high school prom sometime around 1965.
Her aunt was also responsible for getting the band arrested several times. They used to rehearse Sunday mornings at a house next to the family's church. They couldn't hear the preacher over Jerry, Bob and the boys.
Ha,ha..
I play a couple of their songs, but I'm not an extremely huge Dead Fan. The band sure has a great history.
I lean more to "Old And In The Way", some great stuff there.
