Hawkins Kenpo: Speed



Love this guys stuff.
The cool thing about his presentation is that he doesn't over-produce. Not really that much flash.
Listen to what he says about "the pause", to access the opponent's position etc.

    I also very much like Hawkins' videos. These are definitely some of the best karate and jujitsu discussions on the net. I also enjoy hearing your perspective on the Functional Kenpo stuff. Keep it up.
