p.s. as a Marine Recruiter Chicago Illinois working the projects it was a honor to be the only recruiting van that DID NOT get vandalized.
Went to Google Maps and looked up the address. It IS a Wah Lum school but the buildings and street look nothing like that one. (I'd been to Boston a lot in my prior life and that picture didn't look like Boston.) The actual street is what I expected: 5-story walk-ups, well-used, not neat as a pin but with little or no tagging.
I wonder why the creator of that image chose it. It's certainly more dramatic than the reality but would YOU choose a martial arts school whose advertisments lied to you?
